The present study investigated the erosive potential of children's mouthrinses on glass ionomer cement (GIC) samples after simulated toothbrushing. Forty round-shaped samples of GIC were divided into 3 groups G1- cetylpyridinium chloride, G2- xylitol and triclosan and G3-Malva sylvestris and xylitol and G4-distilled water as a control group.
