Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) inhibitors are increasingly used for various autoimmune diseases. Demyelinating events in the CNS, including myelitis, are reportedly associated with TNF-α inhibitor exposure. Behcet's disease rarely involves the spinal cord.
