Locking Posterior Medial Tibia Plate is used for the open reduction and internal fixation of posteromedial proximal tibia fractures. These plates are fabricated having elongated combi holes that allow optimal plate adjustment. These holes can provide compression as well as locking as required according to the need of the surgery. Above all, they are designed to have a limited contact surface that reduces bone-to-plate contact while preserving periosteal blood supply.
