We report the functionalization of chalcogenide thin films with biotinylated 12-mer peptides SVSVGMKPSPRP and LLADTTHHRPWT exhibiting a high binding affinity toward inorganic surfaces, on the one hand, and with (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES), on the other hand.
