They were very professional and kind. The crew went above and above to meet my travel needs, and the office had a friendly vibe. They gave me accurate information regarding baggage policies, assisted me in arranging my flights, and even gave me some useful travel advice. I felt secure and well-cared for when I departed, and it's obvious that Qatar Airways cherishes its passengers. I heartily suggest their Cape Town office for any bookings or questions pertaining to travel.
