Hi there, my flight with Virgin atlantic Airways SVD Terminal was a surprise delight. The terminal is up-to-date, tidy, and well-organized. Virgin employees at the check-in desk were friendly and speedy, which got my trip off to a worry-free start. The lounge itself was small but peaceful, and the ambiance was laid-back. Although there are not a whole lot of dining choices, all else seemed effortless and smooth. I particularly appreciated how the Virgin Atlantic crew conducted boarding—it was well-organized and courteous. In a small island airport, the experience was in excess of expectations.
