The Ministry of Environmental Protection released a Joint Action Plan for Control of Air Pollution (Hereafter, Joint Action Plan, JAP), to reduce PM2.5 concentrations in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region (BTH) during the winter of 2017.
