Why practice yoga daily?
A daily yoga practice is an investment in your personal development. Maintaining physical fitness, mental equilibrium, spiritual connection, and emotional strength requires a daily practice. It's an easy, cheap, and portable practice that you can do practically anywhere. Your body, mind, and spirit will still benefit from it even if you only have 15 minutes a day to dedicate to it. It doesn't have to be lengthy or intricate.
