ANDV genome and structure
ANDV, a type of orthohantavirus, belongs to the family Hantaviridae which consists of 5 genera: bunyavirus, phlebovirus, nairovirus, tospovirus, and hantavirus. This virus was first found in rodent at Andes mountains of Chile and Argentina.
