Based on an NMR-guided method, one new monoterpenoid glycoside (1) was isolated from Anhua dark tea, together with five known compounds (2-6). The structure of the new compound was determined as 3-(5,5-dimethyltetrahydrofuranyl)-1-buten-3-ol primeveroside, and trivially named anhuaterpenoside A (1), on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analyses, and acidic hydrolysis.
