This study attempts to investigate natural angiotensin-I converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. Soybean protein isolated (SPI) hydrolysate (SPIH) was prepared by Alcalase from inexpensive SPI, and their ACE inhibitory peptides were obtained via membrane separation, ethanol precipitation and adsorption chromatography enrichment.
