I’ve had the chance to visit the Eva Air Houston Office several times now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The customer service is exceptional, but one aspect of my visit that could be improved is the wait time. When I visited most recently, I was looking to make some alterations to my booking. The office itself is conveniently located, and the staff are always extremely polite. They've always been willing to help me with changes to bookings or simple questions with courtesy. I've never had a problem with the level of service they offer, and they actually seem to care about sorting out any issues that I might have. But each time I go, I find the office gets very busy. This has tended to lead to long waiting times, which can be annoying if you're in a hurry. The staff, though effective, do tend to get overwhelmed at busy times, which can lead to delays. I know this is likely just the way of a busy office, but it's worth mentioning that it might be annoying for travelers who require urgent help. In summary, if you're willing to wait a little, the Eva Air Houston office offers great service that's well worth the wait. The personnel are courteous, informative, and happy to assist, but adjustments to get the process moving faster during high-volume times would be a plus.
